Become a Member of Hampton Bayside Bowls Club
Hampton Bayside Bowls club hosts a wide range of activities. We have a Bowls section, a Social and Community section, a Sports Bar, Function spaces and facilitate community groups such as Mah Jong, Bridge and Toastmasters.
You are warmly welcomed to become part of our club in a number of different ways.

You can also download and print a copy of the Membership Application Form HERE. Completed forms can be submitted at the Club on Tuesday until 2pm, Thursday during Pennant Training, or Saturday.
Note: Payment options will be provided to you upon receipt of your request for membership.
Membership Options
Club Membership - Bowls
$200 per year (+ $70 Bowls Victoria Pennant fee)
Bowls (Affiliate) Club Members are entitled to all the privileges of the club, including playing bowls at all levels, voting at Club Meetings and holding office.
Club Membership - Social Bowls
$200 per year
Social Bowls Club Members are entitled to all the privileges of a Bowls (Affiliate) Club Member, but are not able to participate in Pennant.
Community Membership - Voting
$100 per year, including voting right
Voting Community Members are entitled to all the privileges of the club, and are eligible to vote at Club Meetings and hold office, except as part of the Bowls Committee.
Community Membership
$50 per year
Community Members are entitled to all the privileges of the club, but are not eligible to vote at Club Meetings nor hold office.
Privacy Statement – Personal Information of Members held by the Hampton Bayside Bowls & Community Club, comprising name, address, date of birth, email, and telephone number, may be used to fulfil the Club’s obligations to Bowls Victoria, as well as for regular communication by the Club to Members. This also includes making available only the name and phone number of Affiliate Club Members to other Affiliate Club Members for the sole purpose of co-ordinating various Club bowling events. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date, or is inaccurate, or if you wish to opt-out of allowing your Personal Information to be used by the Club for the purposes described in this statement, please advise us in writing as soon as practicable so we can update our records. The Club takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information it holds.

Terms & Conditions – I desire to become a member of the Hampton Bayside Bowls & Community Club. In the event of my admission, I agree to be bound by the Rules and By-laws of the club for the time being in force. I understand and accept the Committee of Management ruling that I make myself available in a voluntary capacity to assist the Club from time to time when requested and rostered thereto. I wish to receive communications including promotional materials, third party offers, and club related activities.
